Automatic fuel nozzle with meter for AdBlue®
The Piusi SB325_X METER is a patented automatic nozzle with meter, specifically designed for refueling heavy vehicles with AdBlue®. The device complies with the ISO/FDIS 22241-4:2009 standard and combines precise measurement, high safety, and robust construction.
The fuel nozzle has an integrated digital counter with a measuring accuracy of ±1%. The 5-digit partial quantity display can be reset, while the 8-digit total display cannot be reset. The counter batteries are included in the scope of delivery, are installed, and the low battery indicator provides a timely warning. Even if the battery is replaced or fails, the total quantity is retained.
Equipped with a 3/4" external thread and a 19 mm nozzle, the gun allows a maximum flow rate of 40 l/min. The housing is made of durable technopolymer, which protects against weathering and UV radiation. A built-in breakaway system ensures safety: if a vehicle accidentally drives away with the nozzle, the outlet pipe detaches, preventing damage and allowing for quick repair.
