Breathable dryer for 200L barrel, non-refillable
The desiccant breather for 200L drums effectively prevents moist ambient air from entering the container. It has been specially developed for the storage and handling of hygroscopic or sensitive substances, where even small amounts of moisture can lead to contamination or chemical reactions.
During pressure equalization, the incoming air is cleaned by the integrated 3-micron filter and then dried by the adsorbent material. This ensures that the air entering the barrel is completely free of moisture and particles.
The desiccant changes color from orange to green during operation, so that the condition of the filter is visible at all times. Once the color change is complete, the dryer is replaced. One filling is sufficient for approximately 45 emptying cycles of a 200L barrel.
The breath dryer is non-refillable and made of PMMA and aluminum. Thanks to its robust construction and NBR seal, it is suitable for continuous use in industrial environments.
