Breathable dryer for 1000L IBC non-refillable with valve
The breathable dryer for 1000L IBCs with integrated ventilation valve effectively prevents humid ambient air from entering the container. It was specially developed for the storage of hygroscopic and sensitive substances, where even small amounts of moisture can lead to quality losses.
The built-in valve provides additional protection for the adsorbent material against unwanted contact with ambient moisture when the container is not actively ventilated. The incoming air is filtered and dried during pressure equalization before it enters the container.
The desiccant indicates saturation by changing color from orange to green. Once the color change is complete, the breathing dryer must be replaced. One filling is sufficient for approximately 25 emptying cycles of a 1000L IBC.
The filter is non-refillable, with an integrated 3-micron filter for additional particle filtration. The robust PMMA and aluminum housing is durable, chemical-resistant, and suitable for a wide temperature range.
