The IBC immersion heater 2 kW with thermostat is an efficient and safe solution for heating liquids in intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Unlike heating jackets, the heater is immersed directly into the container and heats the contents from the inside. This achieves fast and even heating, which avoids the problem of increased viscosity or partial solidification and allows the container to be emptied almost completely.
The device is suitable for a wide range of media such as mild acids, alkaline mixtures, water, or oil-based products. Industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and oil and gas benefit from precise temperature control and improved process reliability.
The IBC immersion heater consists of a durable tubular element made of AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel, which ensures high corrosion resistance. An integrated digital control allows the temperature range to be set precisely between 0 and 90 °C. Thanks to its IP65 protection, the heater is also suitable for outdoor use. The integrated PT100 sensor reliably monitors the temperature, while the robust construction ensures long-lasting operation.
