IBC container heating

The IBC container heater is the ideal solution for quickly and effectively heating liquids and materials in standard IBC containers, making them easier to empty. At room temperature, many substances such as syrup, sugar, or fats are viscous, which makes emptying difficult and can lead to product loss. Heating with a heating jacket makes these substances more pliable and flowable, reducing waste and making processes more efficient.

The heating jacket is made from a durable, high-quality, lightweight material. Thanks to the adjustable quick-release buckles, it can be easily attached to any standard 1000-liter container. It is available in versions with 1, 2, or 3 heating zones:

• Zone 1: Temperature range 0–40 °C

• 2 or 3 zones: Temperature range 0–90 °C

The IBC container heater is IP40-rated (IP54 optional) and compatible with insulated IBC lids, which are sold separately and minimize heat loss. It can be used to heat a wide variety of liquids, e.g., water, resin, oil, diesel fuel, petroleum jelly, wax (e.g., lanolin), fats, butter fats (e.g., ghee), as well as glues and adhesives.

Note: For the version with 3 x 1000 W heating zones and insulated lid, the warm-up time is approx. 48 hours (1000 L of water from +15 °C to +70 °C).
