Aluminum breathable dryer, explosion-proof, for 1000L IBC
The aluminum desiccant dryer with explosion protection was specially developed for ventilating and dehumidifying IBCs and drums in which hygroscopic or sensitive substances are stored.
It reliably prevents moist ambient air from entering the container by filtering and drying the incoming air during suction.
The integrated desiccant adsorbs moisture and changes color from orange to green during operation as soon as it is saturated. This allows the condition of the filter to be visually checked at any time. Once the color change is complete, the desiccant can be replaced easily and inexpensively. One filter insert is sufficient for approximately 25 empties of a 1000L IBC.
The breathing air dryer complies with ATEX Directive 2014 and is therefore also approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is particularly suitable for applications where high purity and dryness of the media are required.
