Breathing dryer for 1000L IBC, non-refillable
The breathable dryer for 1000L IBC reliably prevents moist ambient air from entering the container. The air flowing in during pressure equalization is filtered and dried, thereby maintaining the quality of hygroscopic substances.
The desiccant inside binds moisture and indicates saturation by changing color from orange to green. This allows the operating status to be visually checked at any time. The filter is not refillable and is designed for single use. One filling is sufficient for approximately 25 emptying cycles of a 1000L IBC.
The breathable dryer is made of PMMA and aluminum, with an NBR seal and integrated 3-micron filter. The silica and activated carbon adsorbent material ensures high drying performance. It is ideal for applications where moisture can lead to chemical reactions or quality loss.
