Breathable dryer for 60L barrel, non-refillable
The desiccant breather for 60L drums reliably prevents moist ambient air from entering the container and ensures that hygroscopic or sensitive substances can be stored in a dry and stable manner. During pressure equalization, the incoming air is cleaned by an integrated 3-micron filter and then dried by the desiccant.
The adsorbent material removes moisture from the air and changes color from orange to green when saturated, making it easy to see the operating status at any time. Once the color change is complete, the dryer is simply replaced. One filling is sufficient for approximately 75 emptying cycles of a 60-liter barrel.
The housing is made of PMMA and aluminum, ensuring high mechanical stability and chemical resistance. With an NBR seal and silica activated carbon filling, the breathing dryer offers a durable and maintenance-free solution for controlled barrel ventilation.
