IBC container heating ATEX

The IBC Container Heater ATEX is a safe, efficient, and adaptable heating solution for IBC containers in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is used for frost protection, temperature maintenance, and process heating in various industries such as oil, gas, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

The heating jacket is suitable for temperature ranges from -40 °C to +180 °C / +200 °C for steel IBC containers and up to +80 °C for plastic IBC containers. It is designed to fit the dimensions of a standard IBC container and enables uniform, highly efficient heating. An insulated lid is available as an option to minimize heat loss.

The ATEX IBC heating series is robust, flexible, and conductive and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It has protection class IP65/I and is dustproof and protected against water jets. An EC type examination certificate in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU Annex III is included, which means that no further approval procedures are required.

Available in various nominal voltages, capacities, nominal outputs, and dimensions, the series can be used for temperature classes T6, T5, T4, and T3, depending on the temperature setting of the limiter. It can be used with an optional ATEX controller to ensure precise temperature control.
