IBC heaters

IBC heaters from MB Fluid offer a powerful and safe solution for heating liquids in 1000-litre containers. Depending on the model, heating outputs of 1000 to 3000 watts are available – optionally with up to 3 temperature controllers, individually adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees Celsius.

The heating systems are easy to attach thanks to quick-release straps and are specially designed for standard IBC containers. Their lightweight, robust construction ensures easy handling and secure fastening in everyday industrial use.

Underfloor heating and insulation increase efficiency

An additional silicone floor heater with an output of 2700 watts enables targeted floor heating, which is particularly useful for viscous media such as resins, oils or fats. In combination with insulating covers and protective hoods, heat loss during transport or storage is significantly reduced.
