FlatFace couplings
Stainless steel flatface couplings are ideal for applications with high requirements for tightness, cleanliness and corrosion resistance. The flat sealing face creates a drip-free connection without dead spaces. Residues or contamination are reliably prevented, making them particularly suitable for sensitive media in hydraulics, chemistry and environmental technology.
The high-quality stainless steel design ensures high pressure resistance and a long service life, even under demanding environmental conditions. Flatface couplings made of stainless steel are therefore a reliable solution for stationary and mobile systems with changing operating conditions.

Compliant with standards and compatible across manufacturers
The couplings comply with the international standard ISO 16028 and can be easily combined with systems from other manufacturers. These include Parker, Rectus, Cejn, Stucci, Faster and Snap Tite. These couplings are particularly useful in the mobile hydraulics of agricultural machinery, construction machinery and commercial vehicles, as they allow contaminated connection points to be handled safely.
Thanks to their smooth surfaces, the socket and plug can be easily cleaned before coupling. The use of plugs with pressure eliminators further reduces the coupling forces required and facilitates connection when residual pressure is present.
Technical features at a glance
The flat-face couplings are made of 1.4401 stainless steel and are equipped with FKM or PTFE seals. Various sizes are available, from a quarter of an inch to one and a half inches, depending on the design. The maximum operating pressure is up to 250 bar at a temperature range of up to 200 degrees Celsius. Different connection types such as internal thread, external thread, screw-in or hose connection allow for flexible integration.
Advantages & areas of application
We impress with drip-free decoupling, hygienic surfaces and high compatibility with existing ISO systems. They are corrosion-resistant, durable and particularly low-maintenance. Typical areas of application are hydraulic systems in agricultural and construction machinery, industrial plants, chemical and cleaning processes, environmental technology, water treatment, as well as applications in the food and pharmaceutical sectors with suitable seals.
