AdBlue® is a sensitive urea solution that may only be pumped using specialised, media-compatible components. M+B Fluid electric pumps are precisely tailored to the requirements of ISO 22241.

Technical features of our AdBlue® electric pumps

• Pump media: AdBlue®, AUS 32, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)
• Pump types: diaphragm pumps, vane pumps or self-priming systems
• Voltage:
  • 230 V AC for stationary systems
  • 12 V / 24 V DC for mobile applications (e.g. service vehicles)
• Flow rate: approx. 20–40 l/min (depending on model)
• Materials:
  • Housing: Plastic (PP, PVDF) or stainless steel
  • Seals: EPDM for AdBlue® compatibility
• Compatibility: IBCs, canisters, drums and stationary tanks
• Optional extras: fuel nozzle, meter, drip guard, suction pipe, holder system

All systems are designed for long-term use with AdBlue® and meet the relevant quality and environmental standards.
