Clean performance for tough media
When it comes to pumping medium to high viscosity oils, electric oil pumps are the efficient and safe solution. They make work in workshops, production and maintenance much easier, whether transferring oil from drums, filling machines or supplying mobile units.
The electric pumps for oil from M+B Fluid are specially designed for viscous media such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil or light industrial oils and impress with their high delivery rate, robust construction and long service life.
Technical characteristics of oil pumps
Our oil pump models offer:
- Voltage: 230 V AC or 400 V three-phase current, partially 12 V/24 V DC
- Pump types: gear pumps , vane pumps, diaphragm pumps
- Flow rate: 5 l/min–50 l/min depending on model (optimised for viscous media)
- Delivery head/pressure: suitable for short to medium delivery distances (up to 12 bar)
- Suitable media: hydraulic oil , lubricating oil, gear oil, machine oil, synthetic oils
- Materials: aluminium , stainless steel, grey cast iron, oil-resistant and durable
- Equipment: Optionally available with fuel nozzle, hose, drip guard, flow meter
The pumps are available as individual components or as ready-to-use sets with suction pipe and outlet fitting, also for integration into tank systems and IBC systems.
Typical areas of application
Our electric pumps are used in applications including:
- Car repair shops for transmission oil and engine oil supply
- Industrial machine maintenance and oil service
- Hydraulic system filling and oil circuit supply
- Barrel or tank emptying in the warehouse or on the construction site
- Agriculture & Construction for the supply of equipment and machinery
Thanks to their powerful motors and media-adapted design, they enable clean, low-loss and safe conveyance of all types of oils.
