PFA-coated couplings
PFA-coated couplings offer the perfect solution for the safe transfer of aggressive or high-purity media. Our range includes camlock, clamp and TW couplings as well as stainless steel fittings with a high-quality 1-3 mm thick PFA coating. These components are high-purity, chemical-resistant and temperature- and diffusion-resistant.

In demanding industries such as the chemical, pharmaceutical and food technology sectors, connecting elements must be media-resistant, hygienic and diffusion-tight. When your couplings are coated with PFA, they combine the mechanical strength of stainless steel (V4A) with the extreme chemical resistance of fluoropolymers.

- Layer thickness: 1–3 mm PFA, applied evenly and without pores.
- Resistance: Resistant to aggressive media such as sulphuric acid, caustic soda, ferric chloride and various solvents.
- Safety: Conductive versions (< 10⁶ Ω) available for ATEX zones.
- Compliance: Approved in accordance with FDA, USP VI and EU 1935/2004 (depending on model).
- Material: High-quality stainless steel beams (1.4404 / 1.4571).
